2. User Responsibilities
As a user of Snapabase, you are fully responsible for the following:
- Providing valid API keys and database credentials to connect to your Supabase projects.
- Ensuring that the credentials you provide have the appropriate permissions for the operations you intend to perform.
- Keeping your license key, database credentials, and exported backup files secure.
3. Limitation of Liability
Database management is inherently sensitive. By using Snapabase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- We are not responsible for any misconfiguration, incorrect restorations, or accidental data deletion caused by the user.
- We are not liable for any data loss, downtime, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
- The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Recommendation: We strongly recommend that users always verify and test their backups in a safe environment (e.g., a local or staging database) before attempting to restore data to a production environment.
4. Payment, Licensing, and Refunds
Snapabase is sold as a lifetime license for a one-time payment. This license grants you the right to use the software on up to 3 personal machines.
- Payment: Payments are processed securely via our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy.
- License: Your license key is strictly for personal or internal business use and may not be resold, shared, or distributed.
- Refunds: Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information on our money-back guarantee.
5. Support Policy
Your lifetime license includes access to software updates and email support.
- Support is provided primarily for bug reports, licensing issues, and general software inquiries.
- We do not provide general database administration consulting or custom development services.
