Refund Policy
1. 14-Day Guarantee
We want you to be fully satisfied with Snapabase. If you purchase a license and find that the software does not meet your needs, does not work for your specific Supabase configuration, or you are simply unhappy with it, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to quocvinhdo@gmail.com.
- Please include the email address you used to purchase the software.
- Provide your order number or license key (found in your Lemon Squeezy receipt).
- While not required, we would appreciate it if you could briefly let us know why Snapabase didn't work out for you, so we can improve the software.
3. Refund Processing
All payments and refunds are handled by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy.
- Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed immediately on our end.
- It may take a few business days for the funds to appear back on your original payment method, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
4. License Invalidation
Please note that upon receiving a refund, your license key will be invalidated. You will no longer be able to activate or use Snapabase on any machine.
